Latvian Hockey Star and NHL Veteran Zholtok Died at the age of 31
                Latvain hockey star and world renowned hockey player Sergei zholtok died at the age of 31 on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2004.
           Zholtok was playing in a Latvian club league game in the city of Riga when he left the ice with about 5 minutes to go. Zholtok collapsed on the way to the locker room and died just later. Paramedic teams could not revive him and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Zholtok, an NHL veteran, played with six NHL teams; the Boston Bruins, Ottawa Senators, Montreal Canadiens, Edmonton Oilers, and last season with the Minnesota Wild and Nashville Predators.         
The Last Major Hockey Event of The Decade
Zholtok played a big role in the Minnesota Wild's 2002 Playoffs run in which they went to the Western Conference Finals.
