| Latvian Hockey Star and NHL Veteran Zholtok Died at the age of 31 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| Latvain hockey star and world renowned hockey player Sergei zholtok died at the age of 31 on Wednesday, November 3rd, 2004. Zholtok was playing in a Latvian club league game in the city of Riga when he left the ice with about 5 minutes to go. Zholtok collapsed on the way to the locker room and died just later. Paramedic teams could not revive him and he was pronounced dead at the scene. |
