Legend:  A "closed" meeting means alcoholics/those with a desire to stop drinking are allowed to attend.  An "open" meeting means anyone from the public is welcomed to attend, not just those with a desire to stop drinking.

 

 

 

Bereavement

Compassionate Friends of Ocean County Chapter meetings are held at 7:30PM on the FIRST Tuesday of each month at the Entrance to Winding River Park opposite the skating rink.  (Rear end of Park-Building on left). 

The Compassionate Friends is a national nonprofit, self-help support organization which offers friendship and understanding to families who are grieving the death of a child of any age, from any cause. There is no religious affiliation. There are no membership fees or dues, and all bereaved family members are welcome.
