Mr. Gallatin enjoys sharing his thoughts and images from his travels. A separate page will be posted for each, with an invitation for comments from those who met with him at various locations. Reflections in a journal were made more meaningful with sketches of the locations visited. By 1839, it was possible for Mr. Gallatin's preserve significant memories with Daguerreotypes. With the advancements in photographic techniques, Mr. Gallatin is now able to share his memories in photography and "moving pictures".
So that you may glimpse a little of what Mr. Gallatin has seen, or had recorded on his behalf, the Imagery section shares "slideshows" and links to moving pictures stored on YouTube if they are not part of a specific article.
