| One of the most underrated wrestlers on the program, Quincey Nesmith has become a work horse of an athlete. This young and coachable individual has evolved into one of Hogan's main forces. His determination will have you out hustled. His work out partners and fierce competition has brought him to higher levels making him the wrestler he is today. The competitive spirt he possess will florish in tight combatant matches, where he is very dominate. He trains for those situations. Make no mistake, a CHAMPION is being made. Aaron Stevenson has hit the scene with full force. His blistering style can surely halt any opponent that gets in his way. The very power he exhibits stands alone as he makes his presence known in the Freestyle and Greco curcuit. With his dominating performance at the Far Western Tournament, it is definite that he has a promising future in wrestling and is on his way in becoming a true leader Jessica Ortiz has exploded this year as a rookie. In her first campaign, she has compiled many victories toward her next prize. She has been gunning for competition all year. At the Cadet State Championships, Jessica made multiple upsets, defeating two state placers enroute to a showdown with current #1 ranked California and # 1 ranked Nationally Catherine Fulp-Allen. Jessica ended up with the lost, but her efforts shows how tough a first year wrestler can progress with patients and time. Her ambitious ways came when she took 1st place (girls) and placed 3rd in the boys division at the Far Western Tournament giving her credibility and confidence. Though her toughness succeeds on the mat, her beauty and charm will touch your heart. Be forwarned, this little stubborn girl will eventually get her way. |
