Some "Interviews" are included to demonstrate a clearer view of the characteristics and behaviors of the different type of leaders. Lastly, after all the readings and understanding of the two leadership styles, you can attempt some questions in "Test Yourself".

The resources used for the literature review were referenced at the bottom of each essay. The interviews recorded were under the permissions of Mdm Wong from Singapore Press Holdings, Mr Low and Ms Chong from Under1Store Pte Ltd. The interviewees demonstrated some of the key characteristics and behaviors of the different leadership styles.
