Benefits of Website
This website acts as a platform to teach individuals and organisations on the two different types of leadership, transformational and charismatic. The contemporary report gives an indepth explanation of the leadership styles and real life examples are included to allow easy understanding. In addition, with the incorporation of a variety of interactive mediums (recordings of interviews and questions) allow this learning process to be fun and engaging.

Limitations
The identification of the various types of leaders is a challenge to our team. It is human nature to try to portray a good image to the public, so when interviewing the various interviewees, we cannot guarantee what they said were 100% true but from the interview, they did demonstrate either a transformational or charismatic leadership style.

Group Learnings
As a team, we understand that the learning process can be difficult. Therefore, we have learnt that by changing the way of teaching using interactive mediums, helps individuals to have an easier understanding of the subject. It was also difficult for us to come to consensus during the identification of the different leaders as the definitions are very close. However, through the many discussions, we learnt more about their similarities and differences and hence when teaching individuals, we are able to demonstrate the key elements to them.
