Nested at the junction of three rivers; the Madras, the Sitka, and the Thorn, lies the City-State of Valeria - Port Aurora, it is the very heart of the Northern Lights Confederacy and the Confederated Northern City-States. Valeria and Port Aurora are ancient twins cities and lie on opposite sides of the Thorn River. Valeria, the Residential and Commercial centre lies on the western banks, while the Industrial Centre, Port Aurora, lies on the eastern banks.
