The district is situated between 13� 27’ and 14� 39’ north latitude and between 74� 38’ and 76� 4’ cast longitude, in about the mid-south-western part of the Slate. It’s greatest length from east to west be 152.0 kilometers and from north to south 128.8 kilometers.
