3rd Asia Pecific Regional Scout Youth Forum was held from 2nd to 4th of October 2001 at 'Besent Park', Doddaballapur, 36 KM from Bangalore.

Totally there were totally 78 deigates / Observers from Australia, Bangladesh, Bhutan, R.O.Chaina, India,  Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Thaiwan and Thailand.  One observers from Kenya and Tunisia from African and Afghan Regions respectively.

Forum discussed 6 topics related to Youth involvement in the Regional committies and sub-committies.  At the final day the recommendations were finalised and accepted which were sent to the "Asia Pacific Youth Conference", held in New Delhi.
