Welcome to Hector's Spite Productions!!
Vance Sloane is a professional screenwriter, film producer, and film director. He was Vice-President of Research and Development at Star Ocean Entertainment for two years. He was second writer of the scripts Star Ocean and Greentown Passage. Producer, Director, and Co-Writer of the feature in production Girth McDürchstein's 'The Hedge', based upon the highly successful album and stage musical of the same name. Producer/writer/director of the features Hector's Secret and Plight of the Spiteful, as well as the shorts INSERT SHORTS HERE. Currently developing two new features, Quickening Sky and Dungaree Salesman (working title). Executive producer of the shorts INSERT MORE SHORTS HERE.
Vance graduated from the Gudger College (Hawthorne, California) Professional Program in Screenwriting. He studied film production and cinematography at Wesleyan University (Middletown, Connecticut). He graduated with honors as a Psychologist from L'université d'Ottawa in Ontario with a minor in pharmacology.
Mary Keller is a film director, art director, illustrator, and line producer. She was Vice-President of Creative Affairs of Star Ocean Entertainment for over 2 years. Art Director on the film Plight of the Spiteful and Art Designer of the films Star Ocean and Greentown Passage.
She directed the short picture "Obfuscation – The Secret Pleasures of the Little Princess." She wrote, directed and produced a stop-motion animated and live-action version of the short "No Rest for Nietzsche." She served as line producer on the feature in production, Girth McDürchstein's 'The Hedge', based upon the highly successful album and stage musical of the same name. Mary is a professional graphic designer. She has taught Art Direction for Film and Television at Universities for two years.
