| What is Strollerobics? | ||||||||||||||
| Strollerobics is a combination of cardiovascular and strength conditioning exercises with your stroller and more importantly, your baby. The class is designed to keep the mommies moving to stay in the fat-burning zone while keeping the babies happy. In addition, the class design allows for each Hot Momma to work at her own pace and exit and re-enter class if her child needs attending. The class starts with a 5-10 minute warm-up and stretch followed by 45-60 minutes of interval power walking and strength training exercises. The last 10-15 minutes of class will allow for floor exercises and discussion of homework. In most cases classes will be held outdoors except for the winter months when classes will be hosted in various indoor locations. Strollerobics allows you to bring your baby with you while you get fit. This is an important component in adhering to a workout program. In addition, your child will benefit by seeing that his or her parent is an active, healthy adult. This is a great message to send to your child, taking care of yourself is important. Staying fit is also an important component to your mental health. No matter what your shape or size, when you take the time to get fit, you'll feel better about yourself. By joining together, all Stollerobics participants will feel like Hot Mommas. |

| Signing up for classes | ||||||||||||||
| Classes will be scheduled at various times and days of the week. Depending on the package you choose, cost runs from $7-10.00 per class. Sessions run six weeks long. You sign up for a specific day and time of class per week. As mothers our schedules change frequently so if for any reason you cannot attend a class you can make up that class at a different day or time.
