Middle aged, overweight and grumpy would be his descriptors, only he is barely thirty and wishes he could actually be normal instead of the Nazi obsessing asocial man that he is. Jez (right)

Jez is the kid in the adult body. Post-University and unemployed he awaits the day that he is signed to an eco-friendly record label where he can unleash his own brand of anti-capitalist fury on the world via the subtle medium of massive tunage.

Sophie

The love of Mark's life, she is a bit frumpy and always gets promoted above him. Always the most important thing in Mark's mind, she comes and goes from his life, often via Jeff and eventually via Bristol where she is forced to relocate much to the chagrin of Mark...

Super Hans

Crack addict, and supposedly political "musician", he is often found attempting to get Jez to do "bad things" when not disagreeing with his musical tastes...

Alan Johnson

JLB Loan Manager who Mark was in love with at first, but becomes Mark's boss in series two. Not a turkey fucker.

Mark's love rival. Has those trainers with the straps that go up the legs...
