Masks used at the Carnival Of Venice.

 

In the 14th century, young Venetian men would wear tight multicolored hose with designs that would describe the type of social class they were in . A law was soon passed to prohibit such fashion and therefore they would start wearing dull colors over their colorful clothing. Soon the dull clothes would be cut short to show more of the colorful clothes which in result lead to the slashed fashions in the 15th century.

Venice was also well known for its great music. The popular type of music such as the Venetian polychoral style with compositors such as Adrian Willaert. By the end of the 16th century Venice was well known for its authentic music which used multiple choruses and instrumental groups.

Venice is a city that has a lot to offer , it is also one of the places in Europe that can provide the tourists with beautiful art and interesting backgrounds.
