Hello! My name is Jenny Hakyung Kim, and I'm a senior at University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
In seventh grade my family moved from Korea to the U.S., and this was the first time I was exposed to a completely different culture. Since that time I have witnessed many similarities as well as differences in the two cultures. Hopefully my website will give you a chance to learn about Korea's cultural identity compared to America's. I have chosen a few general categories and used images to better explain the differing trends of the respective countries.
