Dell - Computers of the 21st Century

Viruses are a very controversial subject in today's world. Many people agree that they can be useful for the person that sends them, but too many people today send bad ones that ruin people's computers. I say, create a virus that will get you the information you want, not create them to destroy someone's computer. With that said, I will now give you a brief description of some types of viruses.

First off, viruses can be written in any programming language, for any platform, an by almost anyone. If you the basics of a programming language, you could write a virus. I don't condone that everyone should make viruses though, rather I'd like to see only those that know the risks. Also, I wish that if you do write viruses, dont make them so they send themselves over and over before deleting you hard drive, just make them send themselves after grabbing the information you wanted.

Trojans

Trojans are not technically viruses, but they can be used to act like viruses. I have found them to be very useful in gaining knowledge about a system and its users. Though they are very useful, I will not give any information on how to make them. Check the section links on your left to find a few good trojan sites.

Dos Viruses

Dos viruses are very easy to write, and can be very deadly, although most virus detectors will recognize the code very easily. They are good for just giving to friends/enemies. Dos viruses are very good prank viruses because that is what many Windows errors use to display alerts about run-time errors etc...
