Everything that you see in the Basic Information section leads up to this section. This could be called the meat and potatoes of this site, because this is what most hackers want to learn. Unfortunately, many hackers take the easy way around things today; they don't bother with a programmning language, they just use decent programs made by people who took the time to learn a langauge. Those are not true hackers, they are vandals and too damn lazy to do anything on their own. They probably don't even know how to use the cat command on a basic Unix system (if you don't know what cat is yet, you shouldn't even be here). To become elite, or even just an mediocre hacker, you have to take what you've learned and expand on it. Try different things on your own system (it helps to have two computers available, although it can be done with just one).

To truly become elite, you have to figure something new and amazing out. I will admit, none of us at this site are truly elite. We have the knowledge, ability, etc to be elite, but we haven't discovered anything that no one knows about yet.
