"CLOUDY DAY REVELATIONS"
a rainy cloudy cuddle up with your honey day. i don't know where the sun has been hiding. it's supposed to be the first day of summer and instead it feels like late winter/early spring. so what gives? it's been raining for the past few months. feel like i'm in seattle. which i could not stay in for long as it rains too much for my liking.
what is it about rainy gray days that lead one to contemplation? you stay inside or you take a jaunt about the neigborhood--it's all the same. you wanna think. you wanna ponder. but what you're pondering, you don't know. sometimes you feel so restless. other times you don't know what you feel.
wonder what it's like in your neck of the woods? i'm sure you're busily spending this day in all manner of ways. probably have some event to attend or some people to hang out with. i do too. though i wish it was with you.
what's the wishing and the yearning all about anyway? what is it about another person that specifically draws you to him/her? for some odd reason, this one person is whom you think of, even though there are billions of people out there, and you may know many of them. and yet this is the one who captures your attention. this is the one who hovers around the edges of your consciousness. and you can not be satisfied with anyone else. how strange and wondrous is love.
