Chapter News 2008On February 23rd a bowling outing was held at the Lisbon Falls Bowling Alley. Those enjoying bowling were Cheryl and Bob Norcross, Ed and Barb Mushlit, Allen and Claudette Cyr, Bonnie Libby, Richard and Nancy King, Miki Poore, Dennis and Sandy Wright. Those cheering the bowlers on were John Poore and Dennis Libby. We each bowled three strings with three members in each alley. Allen Cyr was high bowler bowling 116 and was the only person bowling a stike. Bob Norcross had the highest average of 94.7 and had 4 spares. One team Ed, Barb and Cheryl were lucky enough to have bumpers in their gutters. Some of us were a little rusy on bowling as it had been years since we had bowled. A good time was had by all. After bowling we all proceeded to Graziano's Restaurant for good food, conversation and fun. This was a very enjoyable chapter outing enjoying good friendships and fun. |
