Download here as a MS Word document and print copies as required. It is recommended to print on 8.5 X 11 paper in landscape, double-sided & in colour if possible, fold them in half and staple them together to form the pamphlet. If any of the enclosed information is incorrect or needs updating please inform Cal at [email protected] so that we can keep the pamphlet as current as possible.
