Kingdom War Practice and Revel
February 5, 2000 Casa Grande, AZ
In preparation for War, the Incipient Shire of Granholme invites one and all to a Kingdom War Practice. Expect a fun filled day of death and destruction for 'twould not be a War Practice without it!
The event is to be held at Peart Park and Center in Casa Grande, AZ on February 5th, 2000. The site opens at 8:00 am and closes at 10:00 pm. Please, no glass containers, but the site is discretely damp; pets must be on a leash.
A kitchen is available on site, as are restrooms and drinking fountains. There will be a feast in the evening. Please bring a side dish and we'll provide the meat.
Bring along your games and pass times if you're not the violent type as we will have time and space available for the more genteel endeavors of our society. Also, in the evening we will have dancing and bardic for all to enjoy. Please bring any of your favorite music or better still live musicians are most welcome at our hearth.
Archery Meeting
There will be an archery meeting at Kingdom War Practice in the Shire of Granholme at 2:00 pm. All Captains, Lieutenants, Range Marshals, Archers and anyone who is interested in archery are invited to attend. We will be discussing what we are doing in archery at the war. We will also have some discussion on what we want to accomplish in archery in the Kingdom of Atenveldt. Please bring your ideas for discussion. Directions: Take I-10 toward Casa Grande to exit #194. Continue heading towards Casa Grande on Florence Blvd. Go through the town of Casa Grande, past Trekel. Make a left on Cameron Blvd., then a right on 6th Street and you're there.
