Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13, 1743 at Shadwell in Albemarle Co., Va. And was the president from 1800-1809, he was also the third president of the United States of America, he was also very involved with the Virginia courts of law, considering that like George Washington that was his home state. During his term in office he was the president that participated in the Louisiana Purchase from France. And as the last bit of information that I have read about apparently about 20 years before his death he had a long term affair with one of his slaves and fathered one if not all six of the children that the slave had, now I find that this bit of information to be useless, and a major invasion of privacy, but yet it was talked about for 200 years.
