| The Braking system upgrade will comprise of 2 different stages, the first stage will be upgrading the brake fluid and brake pads. The fluid will be changed to Elf LUB HTX115 which can resist much higher temperatures than the standard fluid, while the brake pads will be upgraded too, thanks to the guys at Trade Parts North Shore. These brake pads do not need time to warm up before they work efficiently like metallic and kevlar pads do although I will be using metallic rear brake pads the fronts will be upgraded to, if these are not as good as suggested then I will revert back to the Mintek 1166 compound that has been recommended to me previously. The second stage will be upgrading the rotors and brake lines. The rotors will be upgraded to vented slotted discs that can handle higher temperatures while the soft brake lines will be ungraded to braided lines to reduce expansion when operating at high temps and high pressure.
