March 2005: GDC news update! |
Another couple of
great gigs over the past few
weeks; at the Twa Tams in Perth a
fortnight ago (17th March) ,and
last week at Nice 'N Sleazy's (24
March) in Glasgow. Hope you
managed to catch one of them.
Don't forget Green Door Clinic
are playing at Firewater,
Sauchiehall Street, next
Wednesday night. Look out for
more gigs being added to the GIG
GUIDE in the not-too-distant
future.
Unforunately the band have
decided not to head to Italy this
Summer. GDC had enquiries about
the possibility of them playing
at the TRIMI's Festval in June
but due to other commitments they
won't be able to make the trip.
Lots of rehearsals going on at
the moment. As well as some new
songs being written too. Expect
to hear them at future gigs.

March 2005: Path to Perth... |
The band have
organised two 17-seater buses to
travel to the Perth gig, at the
Twa Tams next Thursday (17th

yourself a seat, and entry to the
gig too, it is a bargainesque
£9. That's travel all the way to
Perth, a great gig, and return to
Glasgow.
Some
of the seats have already been
taken, so anyone interested
please contact greendoor,
via the GDC Forum, as soon as
possible.

February 2005: Ciao Italia! |
Hey! Italia qui veniamo... Some
very exciting news...
GREEN
DOOR CLINIC might, just... might,
be playing in Italy in Summer
2005.
Information
and details have yet to be
finalised but it does look like
the band could well be playing @
the Trimi's Festival in Bologna,
Italy in June. This will be the
first time the band have played
outside of the UK.
The
festival runs from Thursday 9th
to Saturday 11th June.
This
is an annual event and 2005 sees
it return for the sixth time.
Please
click on the screen shot to visit
the Trimi's Official site. And
keep your fingers crossed that
GDC will be heading to Italy this
Summer.
