It was Martin who rounded up Andy and Ged off the back of their previous Glasgow band, Terrain, and together they set about creating a more exciting live band.

Martin has been playing guitar for seven years and is, mostly, self-taught, only having a couple of lessons whilst still at school. His main influences are Noel Gallagher (the reason he began writing songs), The Black Crowes, James Taylor, and Neil Young to name but a few.

Martin has been heard to say on many occasions that he believes he is in the best band in Scotland and on seeing their live performances, who can argue?
