Ingredients: *3 to 1/2 cup all purpose flour *2 tbsp. dry yeast *1 1/2 cup warm water *1 tbp sugar (activate the yeast until bubbly) *3/4 cup milk *1/3 cup sugar *1/4 cup shortnening *2 eggs Procedure: Put the flour into mixing bowl. Make a well. Add all liquid ingredients and activate the yeast. Mix until wel blended. Turn out rhe dough in floured surface and knead until smooth. Shape into a ball. Deep fry. |
