the Commodores struggled in second-round action, shooting 11-over par, 279+299=578. Meanwhile, Georgia (285+293=578) carded a second-round team-best 293 to pull into a tie with Vanderbilt.

At 7-under par for the tournament, Concolino carries a three-shot lead over Duke's Amanda Blumenherst (69+71=140) into the final round. Auburn's Maria Martinez (69+73=142) and Arizona State�s Azahara Munoz (70+72=142) are five shots behind Concolino at 2-under par.

�It was tough out there today,� Concolino said. �I had to be patient with the wind. I had nine pars, but they were nine tough pars. But I was able to finish strong, shooting 3-under par over the final five holes.�

TOLEDO, Ohio - Vanderbilt freshman Jon Curran sits in a tie for fourth place after shooting 72 twice and the Commodores are 10th after day one of the Inverness Intercollegiate hosted by the University of Toledo Monday at the notable Inverness Club.Vanderbilt is 11 strokes out of second place after firing a two-round total of 602.


Curran shot a team-best 77 in his final round of his first tournament as a Commodore.  He finished 8-over par for the tournament. Junior Luke List finished tied for 26th place after shooting a 79 in the final round. Vandy Finished In 14th Place.
