Project: I.C.O.N
Objective:
To establish a superhero group to function in key cities creating a bridge between the public, the government and to the deputized hero comunity.
Secondary objectives:
� Assist local police agencies in efforts pertaining to enforcement of local laws.
� Assure Government interests are being looked after in accordance to set standards.
� Protection of United States citizens and United States property and assets from national and international threats.
Goal:
Strengthen the Image of the Government to the United States citizen through the use of �super empowered� sanctioned agents interactions and contributions to the public.
Key Demographics:
Initial set up will include 4 I.C.O.N.teams, quartering the United States and each having a home city base of operations at a key city within territories jurisdiction. Teams will be designated alphabetiacally,
I.C.O.N. N (north)
I.C.O.N. S (south)
I.C.O.N. E (east)
I.C.O.N. W (west)
The future shall dictate the need of additional I.C.O.N teams and locations.
Chain of Command:
� Each I.C.O.N. team will have a structured leadership order, based upon guidelines in conjunction with objective goal.
� Each I.C.O.N. team will work along side local law enforcement
and local government authorities.
� Final authority in all matters rests soley on decisions based on by the heads of the I.C.O.N. project. Currently Sen. Jacobs, Sen. Pratlin, Sen Berstien and Sen. Dickens.
Funding:
Project I.C.O.N. is to be funded in part from the United States government along with additional funding from each local government in each surrounding districts.

Equipment:
Project I.C.O.N. will be equiped in part from the United States government, local governments as well as being able to field test experiemental technologies from government contracted defence agents
