Are
you looking for a tech-savvy manager with excellent communications
skills? As a training manager, being able to effectively communicate
to customers, both internal and external, is my job. Doing it better
and more cost effective is my passion. I have:
• Deployed a comprehensive
training
site, eliminating $100K+ in training costs its first year
• Developed an external marketing
site which helped garner a $200K contract
• Converted myriad COTS manuals into standard
publications ahead of schedule and under budget
Though I started as an electronics and computer
technician, my communications skills and ability to translate
the complex into the comprehensible, have earned me positions
as a technical writer, marketing communications specialist, and
as a training manager.
I am not satisfied. I continue to challenge myself
with Toastmasters, teaching others CPR and First Aid, and learning
new software tools to better enable the process of communication.
