OFSAA Information
2006 - 2007 OFSAA Qualifying Swim Times are: here
What is OFSAA?
This is the provincial championships beyond our regional
championships (GHAC).
When is it?
This is a 2 day swim meet that will take place on March
7th and 8th.
Where is it hosted?
It will be hosted at the Etobicoke Olympium.
Do I have to go both days?
Spectators are always welcome, but swimmers may only swim
on the days and events that they have qualified for.
How do I qualify for OFSAA?
You must make the time standard or finish 1st in the event
at GHAC. Or you may make the qualifying time as the lead
swimmer in a relay.
What if I make the time standard at another meet but not
GHAC?
Unfortunately, you will not qualify for OFSAA.
What are the forms I need to fill out?
All forms require a principal signature and are located
in the forms section.
When going to OFSAA where will I stay?
Some teams will commute back and forth, while others will
stay at nearby hotels. The OFSAA Swimming website will provide
this information as time gets closer.
What is the OFSAA swimming website?
http://www.ofsaaswim2007.org/
Do uniforms matter?
No they don't the can wear what ever they want as long as
their are no competitive club affiliations. I apologize
as I was thinking of cross-country when I gave my original
answer.
What are the entry limits?
Each individual is allowed a maximum of 3 relays and/or
2 individual entries for a total of 3. Restrictions still
apply for whether they are Junior, Senior or Open.
