Why? Well last year I had a school sending incomplete information as they tried to register the day before, and the previous year, we had a school just show up without registering. I've been volunteering many of my weekends at various swim meets so that I can get officials in return to come to this meet. This meet requires a lot of work, so I don't have time to deal with those who are disorganized.
After this point no changes, additions, or substitutions with the exception of relays.
Why? Last year we delayed the start of the meet by half an hour, trying to fix up people who were changing their minds. Then I had to deal with a sanctioning issue after the meet, because a team used this opportunity to enter extra events beyond the quota. If it's our mistake, I'll bring the print outs that are emailed to me, then I'll change it. But if your swimmer is sick that day, scratch and swim with only 1 entry.
SWAD Swimmers:
Please contact me if you are registering any SWAD swimmers. They won't count against the team restriction of 2 swimmers per event.

FAQs
If my relay qualifies for finals, do I have to use the same members?
No, you may swap members, only if those new people do not exceed the (2) relay and (2) individual restriction.
If my relay qualifies for OFSAA, do I have to use the same members from GHAC?
No, you qualify a relay, and you may swap around or change at OFSAA.
