I am not a ghost-hunter nor parapsychologist. I find the subject of ghosts very fascinating. I have done no formal studying of the subject.
A ghost is the soul of a person(or animal) whom has passed-on. This soul, for some reason, has chosen to stay, or is stuck, on the physical plane. Maybe they do not accept their death, or don't even realize they have died. It is possible they no longer know how to get back to the other side(Heaven).
A spirit is usually the soul of a person (or animal) that has passed-on to the other side. They do not haunt nor stay in one particular place, as a ghost might. They may come to the physical plain to give comfort, a message, or some form of support. This is not necessarily always within their own family(on the physical plane). I believe that some spirits choose to act as a spirit guide (guardian angel) to a person living on the physical plane.
The spirit is our internal being, truly it is who we are. A being of light and energy. The spirit is the 'battery' of the human body. Without our spirit, the body could not have feelings nor thoughts, it is possible the body would not work at all. Perhaps an unexplained death is the result of the spirit leaving the body, permanently, for some unknown reason.

This page is mostly for fun. Stories and pictures posted here are real to the best of my knowledge.

These two pictures are very strange. I have yet to find out what the 'glow' is. These pictures were taken by me or my mother, with my sister or mother's camera. I stumbled upon these pictures recently. As you can see the baby in the picture (Byron), has a strange glow about him. I don't think it is his aura, usually aura pictures show a glow along the outline of the body. This 'glow' seems to be all around him, including in front of him. Notice how the 'glow' is not on the person (Char) holding him. I don't believe this to be a developing error neither. The 'glow' is on two separate pictures, taken in sequence, and again...no glow on the other person in the picture. I'll post more info if I find out any ideas as to what the glow is.

- Here is a picture of a ghost on a path at the Helen Hunt Falls in Colorado (I've been there!). She's green in color, and seems to be squatting in the brush with her hands clasped together. This is not a statue.
- This ghost seems to be leaning over looking at the young man in the photo.
- I have seen many pictures of ghosts at the Willard Library (not sure what city, state). It seems to be a very active place. The female ghost in this picture seems to be looking at the surveillance camera.
- This picture is of a young boy standing down a hallway.
- In this picture you can see the profile of what appears to be a woman, standing behind the gentleman in the picture.
- Can you see the dark, ghostly figure in this picture?
- Here is a famous picture of the 'Brown Lady'.
- This is a picture of ghostly mist. Story goes...the vehicle in the picture was in a deadly automobile accident, the driver of the car did not survive. Is this the ghost of the driver, or could it be their 'guardian angel'?
- This is a really strange picture. I have never seen a 'ghost' picture like this.

Ghost Stories

As I was driving home on the freeway, my eldest son and I were talking about his math homework, when suddenly the music turned up by itself. My initial reaction was to immediately turn it back down, then I realized that no one had turned it up. I played back the same song, it didn't happen again. We later decided that a ghost must've turned it up. He must've liked that song!

A few weeks later, in our home, My eldest came to me upset. He said that when he left his room, 20 minutes earlier, he had turned off his TV and Play Station. When he went back into his room, the TV, PlayStation, and Nintendo64 were on. He swore that he had turned them off, and never had Nintendo64 on. He wouldn't have been able to play PlayStation if Nintendo64 was on, it would over-ride it. His TV was also on channel 4 instead of 3(to play games) and the volume was turned almost all the way up (he had it low before).
