Johnathan Smith Burnett- born February 21, 1820 in Wayne County Kentucky. DIED- February 1, 1891 in Wayne County Kentucky. The son of Issac Burnett & Nancy Hurt.Johnathan married Mary Ann "POLLY" Redmon (b. February 14, 1825 in Overton County Tennessee-d. November 21, 1920 in Wayne County Kentucky. On November 17, 1842 in Fentress County Tennessee, the daughter of Francis Redmon and Susannah Barker. Johnathan is buried beside the Mill in Parmleysville, Wayne County Kentucky. Mary is buried in Pleasant Hill Cemetery Wayne County Kentucky.

WITNESS: Henry T Hurt Jr, Henry T Hurt SR, Reuben Burnett, and Alvis Hurt. WRITTEN 26, April 1890. PROVED February 24, 1891. On April 26, 1890, A.S Cooke signed the following statement; " I have examined Johnathan S Burnett & find him of sound mind." Codicil dated April 30, 1890, leaves to wife Mary Burnett, all the household articles whatsoever, WITNESS: J.L Sallee, J.M Bell and A.s Cook
