Luscetta Burnett was born August 26, 1863 in Parmleysville, Wayne County Kentucky, the daughter of Johnathan Smith & Mary "Polly" (Redman) Burnett. She married Marion Cullen Koger (b. January 5, 1866 Wayne County Kentucky-D. November 11, 1948 Wayne County Kentucky) the son of Issac Koger and Telitha Gregory. Luscetta died October 21, 1904 in Wayne County Kentucky, both Cullen and Luscetta are buried in the Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Wayne County Kentucky. They were both members of the Church.
