Establishing Community Health Center

After the entire home work   proper selection of the VDC and initial work up we will start a community Health center with following prime objects.

1. Give proper, primary care free or at the moment possible cost.

2. Conduct Nutrition survey, create awareness of food related disease.

3. Encourage the community to come forward for social health activities:

                                                                                                                  - Like cleaning

                                                                                                                  - Toilets

                                                                                                                  - Proper drinking water

                                                                                                                  - Proper life style activities

4. Conduct ‘school Health check ups’ for the school children or non school going children at least twice a year and be involved in active   nutrition monitoring.

5. Refers the patients to better hospitals if needed where our central office, person will guide and help them. This will save them from exploitation and landing onto costlier centers.

6. The community health center will in fact function as a focal point of health of the Villagers.

7. In all the activities the Villagers will be involved their views respected and mutually participating approach bought.

8. Arrange visits of doctor to community health center (CHC) at least four times a year.

 Gorkha: -

                In Nepal, there are altogether 75 district and many remotes district are there. Among them Gorkha is also one. Hills and mountains cover Gorkha district and the distant between Gorkha to Kathmandu is 80 kilometers. It takes five hours to reach Gorkha by bus from Kathmandu valley

School: -

In Gorkha district have some government school. It takes 1-3 hours to reach the school from their home for the students. In Gorkha district the education is affected by the political situation of the country. In Gorkha there is only one educational campus and in that campus there is only up to I.A level(10 +2).

Population: -

                    The total population of that district is about 308685 and among them 154185 is male and 154500 are female.

Political: -

                  Gorkha district is almost all affected by political situation of the country. Due to political reason the entire budget, which is given by government, is loss and the district is not developing. All the poor people of the district are not getting the proper rights and their duties and they are lacking behind. Like that all the people have their no rights and they joint to different parties like maoists. Now Gorkha also their all the people are affected by maoist activities.
