The Gist of It: The episode opens with Wanda walking down the street in a bad neighborhood, a few guys start talking to her about paying a fee to pass. She ignores them and continues. When they start following her she makes a small earthquake and a light post start chasing them, then controls a few cares to chase them as well. They retreat.

She goes into an alley and Caliban shows up, she says she was told that he can find other mutants. She asks for him to find Magneto but he says he can't help her and starts walking, she makes some dumpsters block his path and he explains he's too far advanced to find. He asks if there's anyone else she wants to find, she then asks for him to find Pietro.

At the mansion Kurt and Spyke go up an elevator that leads them to outside the mansion, in a gazelle (I think that's the word, it's like a thing with a bench and roof). Kurt complains about their house, how it's still a hole in the ground and Evan argues it's much better than school. Evan is discouraged that all of his friends ditched him, Kurt just says they weren't real friends to begin with and he'll find new ones. Spyke tells Kurt it's easy for him to say, he still wears his image inducer. He tells him check for friends when you walk through the hall blue and fuzzy, this upsets Kurt and he teleports away.

On the roof Sunspot is charing up using sunlight. Jamie, Beserker, Bobby and Sunspot are in the remains of the danger room. Beast tells them to "clear out the debree like only mutants can". Beserker shoots the top control room off with lightning, when it's falling Sunspot catches it and throws it up, Bobby freezes it and Cannonball flys into it knocking it into many peices. 5 Jamies sweep it into a pile and Magma melts it into a block. Storm flys it up and Beast carries it off.

Beast is carrying it through the hall when Scott runs by announcing if anyone needs a ride to school he's taking off. Jean and Amara run by him knocking him off balance, he drops the block. Kitty is running/brushing her teeth and phases through him, she comes out noticing her toothbrush is gone. She apologizes and reaches inside him grabbing it, then runs off. He burps bubbles and smiles .

Scott drives out and a few trucks come in, on the front of the gate there's a sign that says "Confidential Construction Company, your secrets are safe with us!".

In the Brotherhood house Toad is goofing off in Pietros uniform. Lance is swiping at him explaining that they need to clean up, if Mystique shows up and her house looks like that she'll kick them out. Blob is mad they're cleaning Pietros room, asking what the traitor ever did for them. Lance makes an earthquake knocking all of Pietros stuff out the window. Blob flys out too.

Lance swipes at Todd again saying he never wants to see that suit again, Toad runs away saying he likes it but slips over the excess fabric that should cover his feet (the suit is way too big for him as you may have figured) and falls into Wandas room covering his eyes, claiming it was an accident that time. He calls out for her using Wanda and "sweetums" but realizes she's gone. Lance catches up with Toad and grabs the suit, Toad jumps out of it and Lance covers his eyes in disguist telling him to go put something on.

Wanda gets off a bus at a Diner and notices Pietro inside reading the paper. She breaks through the door demanding for Pietro to tell her where Magneto is, he backs up in fright trying to explain himself. In the middle he says, cya! and trys to run off but she makes his feet stick to the ground and tells everyone to leave. Pietro claims he has no idea where Magneto is, saying that he doesn't go to Magneto, Magneto goes to him. Wanda just tells him that if he doesn't know where Magneto is she'll set a trap, and makes Pietro fly into a closet then makes the closet fly into the pantry, then the pantry fly outside in front of the police cars. Pietro calls out for help and the police hear him getting out of their cars.

In principle Kelly's office he tells Lance that he's expelled. This makes Lance mad and he says that it's like Kelly invited Lance back just to mess with Xaviers team. Kelly just orders Lance to leave or be escorted by security out. Lance cooperates but shakes Kelly's desk to pin him against the wall.

Outside Lance is walking off pissed and Gambit is relaxing by a tree. Gambit says "bonjour". Lance has an evil look in his eye saying he was looking for a fight, Gambit says "the thrashing I gave you last time wasn't enough?". Lance grabs him by the trench coat and says he doesn't have Magneto watching him. Gambit tells Lance to round his friends up and meet at the Brotherhood house, Lance declines saying they're sick of being used.

A couple of girls pass Rogue who's sitting on a bench reading, they laugh at her and she's unhappy. A fat kid and a skinny kid are giving Spyke a hard time and Spyke is warning them to back off. They make some threats, Rogue spots this going on and goes over to them, but the fat kid pushes her and she falls down. This makes Spyke mad who emerges spikes through his skin, Rogue yells for him to stop. The two guys run off saying they're going to tell Kelly and get them expelled. Rogue tells him to put the spikes away but Evan claims he can't, Rogue tells him to just concentrate and they go back into his skin. Rogue runs off saying she's going to cut them off before they tell someone.

The two bullies are running but Gambit is blocking their path. Gambit tells them to stop right there, the fat kid tells him to get out of their way. Gambit grabs a pencil from his pocket and charges it up then throws it into a tree making a small explosion. Gambit tells them not to mess with the mutants. Rogue approaches him asking what he's doing there, he replies just passing by and says it's a nice day, then calls her "cheri" (I think). He heads off and Kitty catches up with Rogue asking "isn't that one of Magnetos new guys?". Rogue replies yes, and he's up to something. Rogue tells Kitty they should follow him and Kitty argues they should tell Scott, Rogue says there's no time and half-drags Kitty to pursue him.

At the Brotherhood house a very mad Lance pulls up. Inside BLob sutffs about 20 things into a closet while Toad is back in Pietros uniform. When Lance storms through the door warning them that one of Magnetos "stooges" are headed their way. Toad asks which one and a flaming card floats between them, they scatter. In a short fight Lance makes an earthquake but Gambit uses a sheet to grab the fan and round the room, Blob charges at him but Gambit kicks a pizza box at Blob making him slip and fall. Toad jumps at Gambit but he wraps the sheet around Toad charging it up. Gambit tells them to stop, if he lets go they'll be "repainting the room". Gambit explains that Magneto is giving them a chance to prove themselves and gives them a mission, rescue Pietro. He releases Toad.

They pass Kitty and Rogue who are hiding behind a light post outside the Brotherhood house and drive away in their jeep. A semi-long chase goes on, Kitty phases them from truck to truck/car following them.

Pietro is a prisoner in the back of an army truck in the moutains, Kitty and Rogue are walking through the same area and spot Lance's jeep. Lance explains he just wants to get his hands on Pietro to BLob and Toad who are happy that Magneto wants them back. Lances makes an earthquake to knock a couple of the jeeps off the cliff, one soldier calls for help but Toad grabs the communicator with his tongue. Blob charges knocking cars around and Pietro makes some crack about Blob actually getting off the couch to rescue them. A car is about to hit a soldier but Rogue knocks him out of the way, saying she's on their side. She sneaks behind Lance and touches his face. When the prison truck holding Pietro is about to fall off Kitty phases him out. He runs off calling her slowpoke, Lance and his friends drive off leaving Kitty and Rogue behind. All of the soldiers are pointing their weapons at the girls when the leader tells them to step down, explaining that they're just peacekeepers and they don't hate mutants. He offers them a ride when the next unit comes, but Rogue declines and say's they're hitching another ride, Kitty argues saying no, they're calling a phone and calling Scott.

Gambit busts through the front door of the Brotherhood house asking why they're such losers, Toad says because the X-Men are winners and it balances out. Gambit trashes them a little bit saying "no wonder they got expelled, that was a total disaster" and says they need leadership. Lnace presumes Gambit means himself, but Gambit says nope, and their new leader comes in through the front door... Pietro. They all try to attack but Pietro runs past them warning that Magneto is his father, and they have to obey him. He says things are going to change, no one rests until they take down the X-Men. His first order is for them to clean the house up. Gambit leaves. Oh yeah, Lance was playing guitar when Gambit busted through the front door.

In the X-Men kitches Scott/Professor/Rogue/Kitty are having a conversation. Rogue blames herself for what happened but Kitty says that she went along and it's as much of her fault as Rogues. Scott says their judgement was lame, the professor says their motives were not. He explains that he's proud of them for taking the initiative, but it's simply impossible for them to take care of every little problem that happens. They have lives to live, school to attend. Scott tells them they have detention this saturday for ditching, Kitty storms off mad and Rogue gets an "aww crap" look on her face (which is sort of a smile).
