Introducing: Juggernaut

The Gist of It: The Brotherhood and the X-Men are forced to go to a boot-camp like place for training (I missed the very, very beginning of the episode, so I have no idea why the Brotherhood's even there in the first place...). Scott is dubbed "Group Leader", which irks the Brotherhood. Lance calms his teammates by declaring that they'll beat the X-Men where it hurts most... in public... *bum bum bummmm!*

Meanwhile, Mystique breaks Cain Marko AKA The Juggernaut out of prison so he can wreak havoc on Xavier and she can get Cerebro. He knocks her down and says some bad-guy like lines and walks away.

Back at camp, Freddy attempts to climb a rope, but it breaks and he falls on his ass. Lance and Scott, meanwhile, go through the obstacle course thing and end up at two rafts. Lance (looking very cute as he does so ;p) uses his wacky seismic powers to knock Scott into the river, and he begins to go on. He's then knocked off by a mysteeeerious red blast and Scott intercepts the raft and wins. The Brotherhood and the X-Geeks start to argue, so they're forced to do push-ups and then climb "Mt. Humiliation" to get the flag the scary Drill Sergeant Man planted on the top. Lance and Scott argue and they agree not to use their powers.

Meanwhile again, Juggy's causing some problems.

While, the X-Geeks run to the base (? Or were they running up the base?), the Brotherhood's making their way to the top by going straight up: Todd climbing the mountain easily, and Freddy dragging Pietro and Lance along on ropes. Pietro complains about "Death by blubber bomb", which I find cute so I just included that line for no reason. Anyway, Todd finds a shortcut, but the boys can't get through, so Lance "avalanches" it loose... and they get caved in.

Juggy causes more problems and Evan falls off the mountain, but is saved by Jean. Scott's a loser boy who keeps on trying to get them to cheat, which I think is stupid because you don't see the Brotherhood trying to cheat until AFTER they find the narrow shortcut, whereas Scott was ready to cheat beforehand. Little loser... Erm, anywho, they find out that the Brotherhood boys are stuck down in the abandoned mine thing, so the X-Men help them and then Freddy urges Pietro to zip to the top of the mountain and steal the flag. He does so just as Kurt *bamf!*s to the top and then Storm shows up and I write a run-on sentence. She informs the kiddies that both Professor X and Mystique are in trouble. The X-Men and the Brotherhood then team up to defeat the Juggernaut. Poor Pietro gets flung by Juggy :( Oh, and other stuff happened too. Anyway, in the end, the Brotherhood and the X-Men are still enemies and nothing's really changed.

Brotherhood Moments: Many cute Brotherhood moments run rampant in this episode, which is why I like it so much! Uh... lessee... they're in the episode more than usual, so I really don't feel like listing every moment they're on screen.

Episode Highlights: Any scene with the Brotherhood! I liked it when Lance knocked Scott into the water, and when the Brotherhood's climbing the mountain, and Freddy suddenly drags Lance and Pietro up (and Pietro goes: "Owowowowow!!" Hehe)

My Opinion on the Episode: Um, a lot of people don't like this episode because they think it's kinda pointless, but I loved it. Erm, probably because the Brotherhood actually does stuff in it besides walking in for a generic ending fight. I dunno, ever since I was little, I've always liked the episodes where the goody-goods and the baddies have to team up. This would probably be because I've always loved villains and those would be the only episodes where they'd win a fight... Anyway, I thought it was cute overall! It's also the episode that got me interested in slashing X-Men: Evolution characters, when I really didn't care about it before... Erm, so if you hate my fics, blame this episode! ;P

: Yeah. I can't believe how that jerk Summers was trying to cheat the entire time!
: Uh, Pietro, you cheated, too.
: Yeah, but that was after Summers tried to multiple times!
: But you didn't know that.
: Oh, shut up! You're one to talk! You used your powers, too!
