Additional comments may be included if you feel they are important. All other information regarding exploits, heroism and general wanger waving are to be forwarded to your Division Commanders or Corp Commander by separate email
Rules Regarding Field Reports: All reports MUST be submitted within 48 hours of battle. If you are late, then report must be submitted by your Div. Commander, along with an explanation of why it is late. Div. CO's are advised not to abuse this privilege, otherwise army command will think poorly of it... This is on the Honor System. So no padding or omissions. Penalty for this can be summary removal from the clan. The Army Operations Officer is empowered to conduct an inquiry into any problems with reports, with the findings if warranted being submitted to army command for disposition. Action Reports will be compiled weekly and submitted prior to the weekly meeting on Saturdays. The Cutoff will be Thursday. Any reports after that time will be put in the next weeks report. WPA training battles do not count for promotion points, so don't report them if you are an officer. WPA cadets shall submit reports so their progress can be evaluated The goal of this weekly report is to give Army Command a snapshot week by week on how the clan is doing. So it is very important to report all battles, BOTH wins and losses. We can build intelligence reports on other players and get a feel for who needs help in improving their game. Also this will be THE official accounting of points for promotion. If it's not in the report, then it does not exist. As a note to members, with your first report include your rank and points to date. This will be verified with the corps commanders
