GAR Conduct Code
What is GAR?
GAR is an SMG (Sid Meier's Gettysburg) clan, we are a union clan, and all members are fine and honorable generals.

GAR is divided into Corps, divisions and brigades. See the Order of Battle (OOB) for more information.
What a new member has to do and what is the Clan "agreement"?
If you want to join, contact a member and he will provide you with the neccessary information to get started.
There are some things which we are strict on:
Your superior officer is responsible for you, so you will be expected to conduct yourself honorably at all times, we have a reputation!!
Treat all other players with respect
Rude or disrespectful behavior will NOT be tolerated
No use of foul language or trash talking in the game lobby
No use of game cheats at any time
Meetings are held when scheduled. You are expected to attend
You must read and accept all GAR rules of conduct
We work with ranks (General, Colonel, etc.) so if you are a brigade commander, your Division Commander is your immediate superior, then the Corps Commander and of course the Commanding General of GAR
To move up in the ranks you have to fight battles. You earn victory points by winning battles. You must fill out a battle report for each engagement. When you have earned enough points you move up to the next rank. To know how to write a report view the Battle Reports section.

when you look around you will see several interesting things
things you need to read as a prospective member
Conduct and WPA page
when you think you want to join a particular Corps
e-mail the Corps Commander of the respective Corps
you can find the e-mail of the respective commander on the OOB page
the link is located with all the other links on the Main Site
from then on you will be in WPA where you will get your degree if accomplished
REMEMBER there is a waiting period of two weeks
before active duty can commence
then you will be assigned an "officer's" name and the rank of 2nd LT
