Follow these. They are law. You will not be hurt if you follow them. *realizes she has sounded like an ogre* No, no -- these are just here to keep everyone happy and organized. Please read and follow these, for the good of the players, the game, the Moderator, and the Game Administrator.
General Rules
You are to observe common rules of etiquette when interacting. Same goes for journals and emails.
This is a period RPG, meaning that you are (for your characters, at least), supposed to speak like they did, or at least as closely to it as you can. Also, please do not refer to jeans or tee shirts. Please. For the sake of the GA's sanity. *tired smile*
You will be in character in your journals at all times. Write in them like the character would. Write in them like you would in any journal.
Do. Not. Curse. This is law. This is the unbreakable law. Children do not curse above silly little words. The adults do not curse because they are setting an example. Nothing above "stupid" is allowed. (There is away to get around this, and it involves a certain book)
This game is more about interaction between the characters than it is about the plot. Your journal entries will focus more on the happenings of everyday life. Therefore, you MUST interact with the other players.
Before you get frightened, you are not required to post every day. Once weekly will suffice. If you miss one week, the I am willing to forgive, but missing two weeks will have me hunting you down and asking what's happened. Your absence will probably have been with good reason. No need to fear. I'm probably more afraid of you than you are of me. ^^;
Anyone who wishes to have their character interact with the NPCs (Charles, the Marlishes, the witch and her helpers) is to see the Game Administrator (me) about it.
So I can be sure that you have read the rules, please type the following in your application, in parenthesis, next to your name: "Fantasma means ghost in Spanish."
