Redeployment or redundancy
You'll be pleased to know it is always our policy to offer alternative

However, if all alternatives fail and compulsory redundancy is unavoidable,
our selection process will ensure that:
- All dealings are consistent and fair.
- The staff retained are those that best matched to our future requirements.
If you are potentially affected by redundancy you'll be consulted fully, well
in advance of any selection process.
