Text Box: The fourth step and principal is the sending process. The student then launches a new cell group and becomes part of a leadership-mentoring relationship. At this point the disciple is able to take others through the whole process of the PITWIM G12 vision. Every believer has the ability and the responsibility to bear fruit, and lead people to Jesus. Gen 1:28 says "God blessed them and said to them, "... Be fruitful and multiply! Fill the earth and subdue it! Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and every creature that moves on the ground."
