Text Box: This is the 3rd principal and one of the most important step, PITWIM strongly believes that all faithful believer are leaders. Training believers to walk as disciplined followers of Jesus. Through classes like ‘School of Leaders 1 to 3 levels, where each believer is equiped to be leaders by focusing each individual on the vision, doctrine, character and be trained to help lead others through the 'Ladder of Success’. The purpose of the School of leaders is to prepare emerging cell leaders with the ability to win souls for Christ and to disciple new believers until they become successful leaders. In addition, students will learn how to minister to others and to grow healthy cell groups. Semester 1: Foundations in Christ: Builds a strong and meaningful foundation for the believer’s relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ as well as a foundation for healthy Christian living. It includes Biblical doctrines as well as seminars on the family and courtship. Semester 2: Cell Group Ministry: Prepares and trains believers in the fundamentals of leading a Cell Group as well as seminars on intercession, evangelism and service. Semester 3: Leadership Through the Government of 12: Imparts the essential leadership skills and anointing necessary to mentor leaders, multiply cell groups and build groups of 12. There is then deeper instruction in the process of Consolidation, the role of the Holy Spirit in our lives and ministry and counseling. Duration: Three semesters of ten weeks each. Pre requisite: attend 8 of the 10 Post-Encounter Classes.
