Veganism

What about people

Wish List
                     "First, do no harm."
                        -Hippocrates, Ancient Greek Physician

"Alleviating the suffering of others is the essence of veganism and can be embraced by each of us. Regardless of any other beliefs we hold and however else we choose to lead our lives, we can make a conscious decision to act from kindness and compassion rather than habit and tradition."
                          -From Vegan Outreach

A vegan does not consume or use any animal products. It's a  boycott of all animal cruelty associated with animal agriculture (meat, dairy, eggs), the clothing industry (fur, leather), cosmetics with animal-derived or animal-tested ingredients, etc.
There are plenty of alternatives to animal products, so we can live our lives making kind choices and avoid contributing to animal suffering.

Being vegan isn't a sacrifice, it's a pleasure!
It gives tremendous peace of mind.

Some people are uncomfortable with labels (vegetarian, vegan, etc.) and that's fine. You don't need to take on a label. You can simply live your life making compassionate choices. We all can live compassionate lives and be a good example to others.
