Letter's To Emma

Dear Emma,

This is from your father; Emma when your mother first told me that she was pregnant with you I didn’t know how to react. I was for one happy and joyous of the occasion, I was also worried because of the new responsibilities and challenges that would come about with the birth of you. I took a few days to think and realize that I want to give the world to you and be there whenever you need me. Your mom and I got your room ready for you and decorated it up for you in anticipation of the big day. Mommy had her baby showers and daddy even put together your changing table all by himself.

On June 20th, you were brought into my life and I must say it was the happiest day of my life. You brought so much joy to your mom and me. I was so excited that I almost got too excited and the rush to my head almost caused me to faint. I had tears of joy in my eyes as I first looked into your eyes. You were a beautiful radiant baby girl. When I first held you I knew that this was the greatest choice of my life. I love you Emma and I love your mommy.

As you grow throughout the years I just want to say that you have a great family, starting from your parents going all the way to your cousins. You have three sets of grandparents, so along with all the love you will be spoiled so much. You have aunts and uncles who although young will be there someday to congratulate you on the many accomplishments you achieve in life.  You also have some great grandparents who are there for you.

In your journey through life I just want to let you know that I will never give up on you, if you make a mistake I will be there to help you get through it all. When you fall off your bike I will be there to pick you up off the ground and comfort you. I know this is all a new experience for me and your mom, but we have the desire and strength to give you the best and meet all your needs. Emma thank you for being a wonderful baby girl and always remember, I will always love you and your mother.

Love

Daddy
