What is Ju-Jitsu?
Ju-Jitsu is a martial art. It is geared strongly towards self defence, and is suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Ju-Jitsu means "gentle art" and the emphasis is on technique rather than strength and is therefore suitable for men and women. Please feel free to browse the site. Why not drop by one of the sessions and see what its all about? The atmosphere is very informal and your first session is free!
