Martial Arts Background
Started training in Ju-Jitsu in 1988 with the Goshin Kempo Ju-Jitsu Association - gained Black Belt 1st Dan in 1993, 2nd Dan in 2002
Was a member of the Goshin team which reached 3rd place at the 1993 British Ju-Jitsu Groundfighting Championships in Nottingham
In 1994 gained another team 3rd place and an individual 3rd in the under 78kg Ground Fighting again at Nottingham
1995 - yet another team 3rd place, but 1st place in the under 82kg veterans category
1996 - 2nd place in the sparring at the Goshin Championship in Accrington
1999 - started Freestyle Kempo Ju-Jitsu in Eastbourne as a member of the British National Martial Arts Association and Combat Sports Worldwide
