"I no doubt deserved my enemies, but I don't believe I
deserved my friends."
-Walt Whitman
So, you wanna meet some of my crew? I've spent the past couple of days scanning pictures, but of course I don't have everybody up - sorry, guys! I'm still waiting to finish up some film and get it developed. But, until then, here ya go!
We'll start out with some of my home fries from Galax, except
SOME people haven't given me this yr's school pics.
I
LOVE ya'll too! ;-Þ
This is Jennifer, a buddy of mine from high school.
I've known Jen all through high school, I think, probably middle school
too. Now she attends Virginia Tech. I don't
get to see her much because of school, but we try to keep in touch over AOL
Instant Messenger and email. Jen's a real sweetie, love ya to death, chicklet!

This is my boy, William. William moved here when he was...a freshman
and I was a sophomore, right, Will? I remember the first time I met him
and we've been friends ever since. He and Jen graduated together in 2000,
and now he goes to school at Tennessee Wesleyan College, so we mainly do the
whole Instant Messenger and email thing to keep in touch. I love our chats
on AOL. He's my big lil brother, and you
haven't lived until you've danced with him. ;-) You know I love you,
baby!!

This is Samantha and Brandon, the coolest couple I know. Samantha
& I have known each other since like third grade. Of course, there
were times during those icky middle school years when we didn't always get
along, but look at us now, huh Smamfer? ;-) Brandon graduated from Carroll
County High School and now is a football player at UVA at Wise. If you
haven't checked out the rest of the page yet, you don't know that Samantha goes
to Radford and is my roommate! You can see more of us if you click
right here!
Now we come to Renae. Wow, I don't even know where to begin.
Nae and I have been best friends since 6th grade, and now we both go to
RU. Between her, me, & David (who you will meet in a sec) we have tons
of history. Nae and I have always shared each other's families and lived
at each other's houses. Everyone in high school said we were attached at
the hip and if you ran into one of us, you best start lookin for the
other. We've had some great times & I hope more to follow. Maybe
those won't involve cows or stairs, right, Nae?
Here we go with David. David is like my big brother.
He is in the Air Force and stationed in Texas right now and I miss him SO
much! These were taken in '99 when he was home for Christmas. David
is one of the few people exactly like me as far as taste in music and sense of
humor goes. We can talk to each other about any and everything, and when
he's home we always go out driving at least once on the most deserted back
country roads we can find. Oh, and nobody is as addicted to McFlurries as
this boy right here. Love you baby, and I miss you!!!

"It is one of the blessings of old friends that you can afford to be
stupid with them."
-Ralph Waldo Emerson
"The most I can do for my friend is simply to be his
friend. I have no wealth to bestow on him. If he knows that I am
happy in loving him, he will want no other reward. Is not friendship
divine in this?"
-Henry David Thoreau
