Warning this will invalidate your warrenty and disable your eject button. At the moment is only theoratical as i have attatched the wires and it does eject and close the drawer but as of yet havent seen if the ps2 still detects this change as my joypad cable is not working on my v7 ps2 at the moment. 1. As in the apply the exploit section carefully remove the case and put safely to the side cause with this method we arent going to to cut the case so for all intese and purposes your ps2 will look the same from outside. 2. Turn ps2 right side up put hand inside where the ps2 hard disk drive should go and remove all th inner workings from the outside case. 3. Carefully place ps2 down and look to the right hand side of the cd/dvd drive when you have found a pair of red and black wires plugged into the circuit board carefully unplug the red and black wires. 4. Near the end of the red and black wires cut the plug off (not to close incase you ever need to rejoin them. 5. Expose the copper at the end of the red/black wires then leave hanging out of the side of the ps2. its up to you you can either join other wires to these two to extend them but you shouldnt need to as theyshould be long enough for what we want. 6. Put case back on remembering to leave the red/black wires outside of the case. 7. Get a nine volt battery ( the kind of battery you get in fire alarms ) and touch 1 end to the red and the other end to the white. the drawer should open if it doesnt make a note of the wire thats on the + and the one on the - as this is the close drawer position. Reverse the position of the wires tada open sesame the drawer opens. |
