Remove your
turkey from sink prior to cooking. This removes any awkwardness in getting
the sink into your oven during the later stages of cooking your turkey.

The next important
step is to place your turkey into a clean tray with sides. This stops your
turkey having any last second ideas about running away.

Use Turkey Foil
to sanitise your chicken chopper. Do not get turkey foil confused with
other pseudo-turkey brands like aluminium foil. Only foil made from turkeys
will work here. Other kinds of foil are likely to explode on you.

Remove external
wrapping from your turkey. This is important as it stops turkey brand advertising
during the rest of the video.
Another reasonable
reason to remove the wrapping is that cooked plastic wrappings tend to
distort the turkey flavour we are aiming for. Probably not to healthy if
you ate it either.
Your turkey may be
a bit reluctant to come out of its wrapping at this point. Threaten it
with your scissors - let it know you are in charge!

Your turkey may
be feeling slightly modest about being in just his birthday suit at this
point. Put his mind at ease by pointing out his wings etc and thus letting
him know he shouldn't be embarrassed as you have seen it all before.
Now wash your hands!
