If you would to enter teams in the upcoming and/or current Formula Marmaduke Racing season, please complete the following form. We allow each NationStatesperson one team which should be from the NationStatesperson's primary nation. No extra teams may be submitted and should you break this rule, you may see ALL of your teams disqualified and any silverware stripped.

Name your team members and list their vital statistics, including age, species and gender. Its not necessary to fill out all the driver positions but it is recommended.
*If you are unable to think of names for your drivers, try random names from your phone book, try Babynames.com or use this random name generator.

Did you check over your form to make sure the details are correct? If not, do so. Due to a lack of funds at the MSA IT department, we require an unnamed outsourced corporation to process our forms for us. In the past, we've had problems with Yahoo! not processing the forms correctly and we therefore ask that on the next page that you copy the information that it claims you sent us. If in a few days you have not heard from the MSA, telegram the Liamist States with your information and the request for your team.
